You’ve got the file.
We’ll make it real.
Prototypes, components, panels, profiles, spares and wear parts, printed from your own files and posted back to you. From a single part you need tomorrow to a library you draw on all year.
Some things you have to hold
A model looks right on screen until it’s in your hand and the clearance is wrong, the radius feels mean, or nobody can reach the fixing. Printing one is cheaper than being wrong later, and far cheaper than being wrong in tooling.
Check it fits, check it reaches, check it feels right. Print it, try it, change it, print it again, each round costs pennies of plastic instead of a tooling revision.
When the real thing is too big, too heavy or not built yet, a desktop version does the talking, in a design review, a client meeting or on a stand.
Brackets, housings, guards, linkages, jigs and fixtures. Printed to work, not just to look at, in materials that can take heat, chemicals or a knock.
Flat parts, fascias, trims and sections. Send a 2D profile in DXF or DWG with a length and we’ll turn it into something you can put on a desk.
The part that snapped, the one the manufacturer stopped making, the one with a twelve-week lead time. If you have the drawing, we can have it back to you this week.
The bits that get chewed up and replaced. Once we’ve printed one, printing the next twenty is a two-minute job, no tooling, no minimum, no stock sitting on a shelf.
However often you need it
No minimum order, no tooling, no setup fee. One part, printed and posted. That’s a perfectly normal thing to ask us for.
Print it, test it, change it, send the new file. We keep the last version so you can compare, and go back to it when rev C turns out worse than rev B.
Parts you order again and again live with us, priced and ready. Ask for six of number four and they arrive, to you, or straight to your customer.
How it works, and what it costs
Send the file, STEP, STL, 3MF, OBJ, or a 2D profile in DXF or DWG, with how big, how many and what it needs to survive. We come back with a real price, usually the same day.
Every printer here is metered, so your quote is built from the grams of filament and the kilowatt-hours your job actually uses, not an invented hourly rate. Nothing goes on a printer until you’ve accepted, and you can watch your own job printing from your order page.
Materials
If you designed the part, you probably already know what it wants to be made of. Tell us and we’ll make it happen, on our own machines where we can, through our partners where that’s the better route. An assembly can come back part FDM, part resin, part machined, and you only ever deal with us.
- PLAmodels, fit checks, jigs, anything cosmetic
- PETGthe workhorse, tough, low-warp, decent chemical resistance
- ASAUV and weather stable, for anything living outdoors
- PC-ABSimpact and heat, when PETG isn’t enough
- TPUflexible, gaskets, bumpers, grips, dampers
- PA6 & PA12nylon, wear parts, bushes, living hinges
- PCpolycarbonate, where heat and clarity matter
- Fibre-filledPA-CF, PET-CF, PA-GF for stiffness and dimensional stability
- ABS & PPwhen you need to match an existing part
- Anything elseif it runs on FDM and you need it, we’ll source it
- Resin (SLA/DLP)fine detail and smooth surfaces
- SLSnylon powder, no supports, awkward geometry
- PEEK & PEIhigh-temperature engineering polymers
- Metalwhen the part has outgrown plastic entirely
- One job, one contactwe place the work, chase it and check it, you deal with us
We’ll happily turn a 2D profile into a solid part, scale a model, or fix a file that won’t slice. Full 3D design from a sketch or a photograph is a different trade, and if your team already draws, they should be the ones drawing it.
Certification, compliance and safety-critical parts come with questions attached, and we’ll work through them with you rather than guess. Whatever the part needs, there’s usually a route to it, in-house or through the people we work with.
Send us a file and see what comes back.
One part or a hundred, a rough idea of a size, or a drawing you’ve had sitting about for months. We’ll tell you what it costs and what it’ll be like.
