Weybridge 3D Print
For print shop owners

Want your shop to run like ours?

We couldn't find software that did any of this properly, so we built it ourselves, the live stream, the customer portal, the honest quoting, even the hardware on the printers. If you run a print shop and want the same, talk to us. We'll help you build it around your machines and your workflow.

What we run every day

None of this is a demo. Every piece below is live in our own workshop right now, most of it you can see working from this website.

Live print cam

The stream switches itself on when a print starts, pauses when the door opens, and knows when somebody's watching. Customers get a live link the moment their job hits the plate.

See it live
Custom hardware on every printer

Our own PCBs ride on each machine: servo-operated vents, and clear LED status for preparing, print progress, warnings, errors, and maintenance that's coming up or due now, plus a broadcast-style tally light when someone's watching the live stream.

The full story
A customer portal without passwords

Magic-link order tracking: plate-by-plate progress, finish photos, timelapses, quote acceptance and card payment. No accounts, nothing for customers to forget.

Try the tracker
Hero shots and timelapses, hands-free

Every finished plate has its photo captured and filed against the right order automatically, and print timelapses are gathered and published to the customer's page. Nobody touches a camera or a folder.

Secure by architecture

The customer portal runs at the edge; the workshop stays private. Our on-site bridge only ever dials outwards, so nothing on the internet can reach the printers or the back office. No customer accounts, no stored card details, and access links that expire.

Quotes from real numbers

Every printer is metered. Quotes are built from actual filament grams and actual kilowatt-hours pulled straight off the machines, not an invented hourly rate. The maths happens automatically.

One dashboard for the whole flow

Orders, print queue, plate photos, customer emails and stream state on one screen. The boring admin does itself: status emails, CRM updates, review requests, media sync.

Wired into everything

Print-farm sync, CRM, card payments, home automation, energy monitoring, custom electronics, glued together by a small bridge service running on a box in the corner of the workshop.

Designed here, not bought

The hardware is ours too

The lit corners on our printers are our own boards. We design the PCBs, write the firmware and print the housings, because the automation we wanted didn't exist to buy.

Our X2D and P2S side by side, each wearing the riser we designed

The risers

Each printer wears a custom riser that runs the routine so nobody has to:

  • vents open on their own when the printer asks for cooling air, and close when it doesn't
  • extraction fans follow the chamber, silent at idle, working when it matters
  • corner lights show prep, progress, warnings and due maintenance from across the room
  • an ON AIR tally glows when someone's watching the live stream
  • chamber temperature, humidity and pressure logged constantly
  • one button press tells the queue the plate is cleared and the machine's ready again

Every riser reports into the same bridge that runs the customer portal and the workshop board, one system, from the chamber sensors to the customer's order page.

Next: hardware for our affiliates

For our affiliates, the shops whose printers we print on, we're designing a wall panel that lives by your bench: your queued job on screen, one key to confirm the machine's ready, and a big red key that stops the job and flags us immediately. Our own four-layer board, mechanical keys and a printed housing, in design right now.

The honest bit

You can't buy this off the shelf. We know, because we tried, then built it ourselves from open-source parts, a bit of cloud, and some custom electronics.

So what we offer isn't a boxed product. It's help making your workflow run like ours, fitted to your printers, your process and your budget. Some of it is an afternoon's work. Some of it is a proper project. We'll tell you which, honestly, before you spend a penny.

Tell us how your shop runs

What printers you've got, what's slowing you down, and what you wish existed. We'll come back with what's possible and what it would honestly take.
