Privacy policy

Weybridge 3D Print ("we", "us") is a small 3D printing service based in Weybridge, Surrey. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to fulfil your orders and communicate with you.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name and email address, provided when you submit an enquiry or place an order, and your phone number if you provide it.
• Order information: details of what you asked us to print, files you upload, quantities, and any notes you provide.
• Payment records: we use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance.

How we use it

• To process and fulfil your orders
• To send you quotes, order updates, and delivery notifications
• To respond to your enquiries
• To prevent fraud and abuse (via Cloudflare Turnstile, or Stripe, our payment processor)

Who we share it with

We only share your data with services that help us run the business:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, CDN, and bot protection
• Stripe: payment processing
• Royal Mail / courier: your name and address for delivery

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Cloudflare security cookies and session cookies needed for the site to function. These cannot be disabled as they help keep you safe as well as our systems.
• Analytics cookies: we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. You can opt out of these at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to 6 years for accounting and tax purposes. Enquiry data is kept for 12 months after your last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your data
• Object to processing or ask us to restrict it
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
