3D printing in Shepperton
Shepperton sits just across the Thames from us, over Walton Bridge and you're a few minutes from the workshop. That makes it one of the easiest places we serve: parts printed in the morning can be with you the same afternoon. You pay for filament, electricity and a small contribution to machine upkeep, never for printing time, and orders from £10 include delivery.
What we print around Shepperton
Shepperton has been making things for the cameras for the best part of a century, and it shows in the kind of work that reaches us from that side of the river. Scale models, display pieces, costume and cosplay props, miniatures, stands and plinths, jobs where how a part looks matters as much as whether it fits. The studios have their own prop shops, so we make no claims there, but the making habit clearly spreads, and we're glad to help with the home-grown end of it: choosing a filament that sands and paints well, orienting a print so the layer lines fall where they won't be seen, splitting a large model into sections that glue up cleanly.
It isn't all display work, of course, the usual run of replacement clips, brackets and household fixes comes over Walton Bridge too. There's a selection of finished pieces on our showcase page if you'd like to see the standard we work to.
Across Walton Bridge
Weybridge and Shepperton face each other across the Thames, and Walton Bridge does the joining-up. It's a few minutes' drive from the workshop, which makes Shepperton feel less like a delivery destination and more like the next street over. If a job needs a second iteration, the round trip barely dents the day.
Common questions
What materials can you print?
PLA and PETG cover most jobs, TPU handles anything flexible, and ABS and ASA are there for parts that live outdoors or get hot. Engineering filaments, carbon-fibre blends and the like, can be ordered in specially for jobs that need them. If you're not sure what suits your part, just ask: advice is free, and we'd rather steer you right than sell you the wrong material.
Tell us what you need.
A file, a link, a photo of the broken thing, whatever you've got. We'll come back with an honest price: filament, electricity and a little upkeep. Never a charge for printing time.
