Often, yes. For most simple parts the broken original, a few measurements or some clear photos are enough for us to model and print a replacement. Where a part needs genuinely complex design work, we'll say so and quote it up front, nothing is charged that hasn't been agreed first. The one firm rule: we only print things you have the right to print.
